Time for Every Brit to Reject the Division & Anti-Semitism of the Pro-Palestine Fanatics

Along with about 70,000 others I joined the UK’s march against Anti-Semitism on 7 September. I felt I had no choice but to turn up and show my support. Through the never-ending hate marches on our streets or the unrelenting Anti-Israel propaganda we can all see how Anti-Semitism is being normalised in modern Britain. Sadly, the rise in Anti-Semitic crime has shown for some time that normalising hate has real world consequences.
Now comes the horrific attack on the Heaton Park Hebrew Congregation Synagogue in Crumpsall, Manchester. Two of our fellow citizens have been murdered and more left in a critical condition. The Community Safety Trust had to warn Jews not to congregate outside synagogues. In Britain in 2025 Jews can not be assured of their safety.
It is heart-breaking. It is sickening. But it is not surprising.
Everyone could see this coming. The Jewish community have been warning about it until they were blue in the face ever since Jeremy Corbyn brought Anti-Semitism into the mainstream like never before. Since the day after Hamas attacked innocent Israelis on October 7 2023 (before Israel even responded) our streets became home to hate marches with the vile racism openly on display, often with the police looking on.
Anti-Israel propaganda is everywhere. Israel is presented as uniquely evil. Palestinian suffering created and manipulated by Hamas is used to inflame western opinion against Israel and of course against Jewish people. Labour in office, more concerned by electoral politics, responds by rewarding Hamas and recognising a Palestinian state.
We are all being played by extremists.
Palestine is being used to divide us and promote extremism in western societies. Israel’s enemies hate us just as much as they hate Israel. Israel is just first on their list.
Hamas and their supporters don’t want a two state solution, they want to eradicate Israel and everyone of its inhabitants. Their hateful extremism doesn’t stop there. As the wonderful Rabbi Jonathan Sack’s said “hate that starts with Jews never ends there”. Indeed, Hamas do not hide their genocidal intent, as much as Western observers and outlets like the BBC might want to ignore it.
Rather than turning on Israel, pandering to extremist opinion in our own country and sacrificing the safety of our Jewish fellow citizens all in the hope that the crocodile eats us last, lets drop the appeasement and stand up to those who hate us.
Every Brit, of all faiths and none, should stand proudly and steadfastly with British Jews. Don’t let the extremist divide us. We should see through the lies and recognise that Israel is acting to keep its people safe while also trying to reach a peace agreement with people who want their eradication. A manipulated and one-sided view of what is happening Gaza shouldn’t be allowed to stoke extremism here in the UK.
Those who take the streets to denounce Israel, hate us and our way of life. The same people who sneer at the British flag wave the Palestinian flag. The same people who march alongside vile Anti-Semitic racists are the ones who denounce those who simply want to control their borders as racist.
When ordinary working Brits turned out in places like Epping to peacefully protest the imposition of illegal migrants on the communities they were all to often greeted by angry left wing mobs. These mobs did so with their Palestinian flags and keffiyehs. Palestine has become the glue to hold together every extremist that wants to tear down our way of life. Charlotte Gill has done superb work on how this leftist blob operates. The same people who want open borders, who want to bring down capitalism, also support Palestinian extremism and its all for the same reason, they want to destroy societies like ours.
When four ‘Gaza Independents’ were elected in 2024 they were elected on the basis of an issue which is irrelevant in modern Britain. This kind of sectarianism means that those communities, in many cases working class communities, do not have people to properly represent them. Sectarian politics based on the divisive politics of other countries does nothing for our society or the ties that bind us. Now under Jeremy Corbyn it is organising. Imagine being Jewish and having one of these MPs as your elected representative? Expect it to play out in more Council chambers next year.
So, let’s take a stand. Brits of every community, of all ages, of all faiths, working class, middle class, the lot of us.
Let’s choose to reject the hate of the left and the pro-Palestinian mob that seeks to divide us. Let’s stand with Israel as it faces down enemies who also seek our destruction. But most of all let’s stand with our Jewish fellow citizens and never again allow them to be excluded or their safety to compromised.
Call out extremism whenever with see it. Call out racism wherever we see it, even if the racist happens to be holding a Stand Up to Racism placard.
If we don’t, who knows where this will end. Let’s not let our society become so damaged that we one day ask ourselves why we didn’t stand with British Jews when we had the chance.
